Paediatric eye examinations (also known as developmental or behavioural eye examinations) are performed to assess whether your child’s visual development is at a level appropriate for his/her age.

Children’s eye examinations have a different look and feel to those of an adult. Children may be fearful of healthcare professionals and for this reason we strive to create a relaxing, fun environment for them. More emphasis is placed on objective testing, especially with very young children, apprehensive children or those with special needs.
